My favorite season is.... FALL!

Oooh, how I love Halloween time.  The smell in the air, leaves falling and lots and lots of things to knit up. My WIPs include:
1) Clapotis with some amazing Goth Socks yarn,
2) Great American Afghan blocks 3&4 with Cascade 220,
3) Icing pattern from Samantha Roshak Designs with some delicious Madelinetosh,
4) Very Pretty Lace scarf from the More Knitted Gifts book,
5) February Lady Cardigan with Cascade 220 Wool.

Do I have a bad case of startitis or what?  Now I need to get a case of finishitis.  So many projects and so little time. 
Gotta get my fingers knittin' now.

The Store is Open!

I've known Debie for years and this is a dream come true for her.  Her real dream for the shop is that it becomes a community for all fiber artists.  A place to hang out and share and learn.  Working the cash register at the grand opening was an amazing thing.  I could watch the community coalescing before my eyes.  People would come in to shop and a few minutes later they would turn around and see an old friend they hadn't seen in a while.  Our reputation as the huggingest store in town is well on its way.  Come and join our community, we miss you.  Devon
